For Commercial Fasteners

Richard Manno & Company, Inc. certifies that in calendar year 2009 purchases of its  specialty metals

(as defined by 10 USC 2533b) are or will be not less than 50% from domestic sources, and  therefore all

applicable commercial fasteners produced by Richard Manno & Company are compliant with the  DFARS

requirements on specialty metals.  Supporting data will be provided upon written request. 

Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for replies to such requests.
